The Portugal international was handed a two-match ban following his red card in the 2-1 win over Cordoba last month and consequently missed the 4-1 victory versus Real Sociedad at the weekend.
Ronaldo will sit out the second game of his suspension against Sevilla, but Aspas has stressed Madrid remain a force to be reckoned with.
"Madrid have a lot of great players and I don't think they will notice his absence that much," Aspas told reporters.
"We all saw how they played in the match against Sociedad without Ronaldo.
"It will be a very tough game, but all matches are difficult. We are well prepared and focused on Wednesday's match.
"It will not be easy to finish fourth this season, but we have to continue enjoying each and every game. We will see where we end this year."
Sevilla currently sit fourth in the table with 42 points from 20 games, trailing leaders Madrid by nine points.
